I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. All service quotes are valid for 48 hours from the time they are provided. Major changes to your booked service (including removing or changing color services) must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows adequate scheduling and preparation for your service. Last-minute service changes cannot be guaranteed and may still be subject to the original booking requirements. Appointments are reserved specifically for the services booked. If you wish to reduce or significantly change your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance so that everyone’s time is valued and accounted for 🫶🏻
